  • Black Street Investment Property

In 2008, DDDC acquired 2,525 sq ft of office space located at 100-204 Black Street. Initially, this space was leased to the TKC Lands and Heritage department. However, in 2009, after the lease term concluded, a branch of the Yukon Government moved into the vacant space.

  • River Bend

River Bend marked DDDC's debut construction project, created through teamwork with Evergreen Homes & Construction and Kobayashi & Zedda Architects. Its triumph led to the birth of DDDC Construction. This property not only offers affordable housing to TKC residents but also generates employment, fosters skills development and training, and has become a revenue generating asset.
